Foundation

This training will prepare candidates intending to seat for the ASQ-Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) examination.

You will learn:

  • Six sigma and organizational goals
  • Lean principles in the organization
  • DMAIC model with middle level tools used during each phase

  • Candidates preparing for, or intending to seat for ASQ’s Certified Six Sigma Green Belt examination
