Professional Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Training and Certification
Overview
This ten day course is intended to provide thorough knowledge in the principles of UT and fundamentals of materials and processes such that the trainee would be able to identify it’s suitability for material and inspection techniques, develop techniques and procedures, analyze test results and document same and be familiar with codes, standards and specifications.
The training program satisfies the training hours needed for both Level I and II certification and is developed to meet the requirements of ASNT SNT-TC-1A; NAS 410; and ASTM E317, E127 and E428 Standards for Ultrasonic Testing
Training Objective
To provide a basic knowledge of UT to enable the trainee carryout tests according to established procedures. The course is especially designed to provide a sound theoretical knowledge and practical skill for UT.
